We are Contracting an Interim Project Director

Leading your Church into Growth is thrilled to be partnering with the Church of England through 2025-2027 to ‘Step-up and Scale-up’ our national involvement. This partnership is supported by funding to enable us to scale up our work so that our amazing impact can be replicated in over 1000 parishes over the next three years.

Our 'Step-up and Scale-up' strategy is a bold, exciting project and we look forward to seeing all the work that God will do in parishes throughout England. We are passionate about cultivating hope for growth and enabling churches to put together realistic plans for evangelism and discipleship.

We are contracting an Interim Project Director to lead the initial phase of delivering our strategy and ensure the consequent programme is well established for ongoing success. The successful candidate will need significant senior management experience, experience in HR, organisational development and supporting director-level appointments. The successful candidate should have the ability and motivation to pursue the mission of LyCiG and the Church of England with demonstrable passion and commitment.
