Director of Leading your Church into Growth

Leading your Church into Growth is delighted to be partnering with the Church of England through 2025 - 2027 to ‘Step-up and Scale-up’ our national involvement. This new partnership, supported by generous funding, will enable us to help lead more churches than ever before into growth.

We are now looking for an exceptional individual to serve as our Director: someone who can lead LyCiG through this exciting new chapter of our story as we become a bigger, more robust movement, while still remaining true to the core values that have already helped so many parishes to grow and flourish. The successful candidate will have the ability and motivation to pursue the strategic mission of LyCiG and the Church of England with energy and commitment. You will be passionate about cultivating hope for growth and enabling churches to put together realistic plans for evangelism and discipleship. We welcome applications from lay and ordained candidates and can offer a competitive remuneration package.
